Parque 5 adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction or disclosure, including access controls, encryption of data in transit and staff training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the event of a personal data breach that constitutes a risk to data subjects, Parque 5 will notify the CNPD within 72 hours and inform the affected data subjects, in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Parque 5 website and services are not intended for persons under 16 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors.
